To do this, we seeking to integrate aDelivery Managerinto our team.Product & Delivery LeadershipOwn the product roadmap and backlog together with client stakeholdersTranslate needs into actionable user stories and manage delivery prioritiesFacilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (or other agile/hybrid cadences)Monitor delivery health through metrics (velocity, quality, budget, engagement)Navigate ambiguity, scope changes, and technical complexity with clarityTeam Supervision & StaffingLead a multidisciplinary team of consultants (UX, Dev, QA, PM, etc.)Assign team members to projects based on their skills, availability, and growth plansMonitor team health, engagement,



and performance signalsProvide coaching or escape early warning signs to team leaders or HRSupport the integration of new consultants into delivery contextsStakeholder ManagementAct as the main delivery point of contact for clients together with your Customer Success PartnerCommunicate clearly through dailies, weekly updates, and risk logsMediate between client expectations and team realities with empathyIdentify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client pain pointsQualifications5+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Delivery Management roles in consulting or software environmentsExperience with agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, hybrid)Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical, business, and operational)Strong facilitation and prioritization skills — able to keep work momentumComfort using delivery tools: Jira, Notion, Confluence, Trello, or similar
