Senior Full Stack Developer (Java/Springboot/AWS).
We're looking for aFull Stack Developerwho focuses on improving software design, collaborating with their peers, and effectively communicating with other representatives of the business.
The Engineer will create, test, and evaluate software applications and systems to make them function according to specific requirements.
This person must be able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to deliver software products to the business.
This position requires hands-on experience in, at least, oneEnterprise Programming Language(ideallyJava ) as well as experience withCloud-native systems development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
● Implement best practices in software development, includingcode reviews ,unit testing , and continuous integration.
● Apply knowledge of computing systems and system design.
● Teamwork, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
● To be proactive, highly motivated, and highly engaged.
● Construct, deploy, and maintain general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
● Design and implement system security and data assurance.
● Takes advantage of AI tooling to improve software development practices and efficiency.
● Test software applications and systems.
● Ability to document requirements and specifications.
● Create flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
● Create manuals and detailed sets of instructions including algorithms that tell computers what to do.
● Ability to work collaboratively with software testers.
● Provide support and guidance for peer programmers, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
●5 to 6 YOEfor a Senior level role.
● At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications usingJava/Spring Boot.
● Strong background inAWS integrationsand cloud-native development: AWS S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS.
● Hands-on experience withStructured Logging ,Monitoringand/orObservabilityplatforms: Datadog, Grafana, AWS Cloud Watch.
● Proficient in writingUnit Testsand ensuring test coverage, preferably withJUnit.
● Intermediate level of proficiency withREST APIs (e xperience with Layered Web Applications).
● Experience implementing Authentication and Authorization for a web application likeOAuth 2.0
● Intermediate level of proficiency withSQL Databases ( Indexing, Foreign Keys, Joins, Views, Aggregation Functions, Migrations, and understanding how SQL works at the low levels).
● Hands-on experience with one or more modern Frontend development frameworks(Angular, React).
● Familiarity withCI/CD Pipelines(Git Lab, Git Hub Actions,



Jenkins).
● Experience with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and with theAtlassianecosystem (Jira, Confluence).
Nice to have:
● Familiarity withGroovyscripting.
● Experience withProduction MonitoringandIncident Mitigation.
● Familiarity implementingTraceabilityin web apps.
● Understanding ofInfrastructure as Code(Ex. Terraform, AWS CDK)
●AWSCertification – Solutions Architect – Associate.
● Experience withDocker Containers.
