and related itemsProactively identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing workflows and workbooksRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on journal entries and reconciliationsStrong US GAAP knowledgeAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — comfortable working with large datasetsExperience supporting month-end and year-end close processesStrong English communication skills (C1 level minimum)Self-starter with process improvement mindsetNice to HaveExperience with Sage IntacctBig 4 backgroundSOX controls experienceExposure to AP or Treasury functions
