✅ Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Java development,



with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Spring, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Must have a clean credit bureau record .
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: MXN 80,*********,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite in Toluca, 2 days remote.
