This is a unique opportunity to lead cost accounting and drive strategic financial improvements at a key manufacturing facility, directly influencing plant profitability and performance.As a trusted finance partner in our Piedras Negras operation, you'll own inventory management strategy, standard costing, and cost control initiatives while building high-performing financial processes, leading cross-functional improvement projects, and mentoring team members.What your day will look like:- Lead inventory accuracy and optimization programs (cycle counts, scrap reduction, material reconciliation) and partner with operations and engineering to drive process improvements- Analyze cost variances, material consumption patterns, and inventory valuation through SAP oversight, monthly reconciliations,
