BA General Talent is seeking a HubSpot Project Manager with hands-on HubSpot experience to support a growing client-facing operation. This is an opportunity for a professional who has worked directly inside HubSpot and can manage deliverables, timelines, and client expectations in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will bring mid to senior-level project management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects under a variable workload.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and follow-through.
- Work directly within HubSpot to support project execution, workflows, tracking, and client needs.




- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps and communicate updates clearly.
- Support evolving client initiatives, including potential work related to AEO, Answer Engine Optimization.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience is mandatory; candidates must have worked directly inside HubSpot, not only with general CRM systems.
- At least 3 years of experience working on HubSpot projects.
- Project management experience coordinating clients, timelines, and deliverables.
- Advanced English level required, as this is a client-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variable workload.

Nice To Have:
- Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- HubSpot certifications.
- Working knowledge of Schema Markup.
- Experience supporting
