The Role
We are strengthening our Supply Chain organization to support continued growth and operational scalability. We are looking for a Planning Lead who can drive planning discipline,



lead cross‑functional alignment, and ensure reliable execution across demand, supply, and materials.

This is a hybrid role that combines team leadership, decision-making, and hands‑on execution, playing a key role in stabilizing and scaling our planning processes. The position will be critical in enabling visibility, improving inventory performance, and supporting the company’s expansion.

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the end‑to‑end planning process, including demand, supply, and materials planning.
- Manage and develop the Planning team (Supply Planner and Materials Planner), ensuring clear priorities and execution.
- Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process, aligning Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Ensure product availability and material readiness while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
