With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico and Brazil, we lead the sector in attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultancies, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors and O&M; Companies in Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydro, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage and Hydrogen.

Responsabilidades
Drafts and negotiates land, easement, EPC, supply, service and purchase agreements.




Supports M&A; and structured finance across all project stages, including conditions precedent.
Manages corporate housekeeping of project companies and trusts.
Coordinates external counsel and manages contract repository and compliance.

Requisitos
4–8 years post-qualification, energy or infrastructure practice (law firm or in-house).
Experience with project finance and/or M&A; documentation.
Mexican law degree; postgraduate or LLM valued.
Spanish native; fluent English (documentation in English).
