What You’ll Do
The web content specialist will be part of our web content publishing team, ensuring adherence to UX and authoring standards. This position requires a strong understanding of enterprise content management systems (AEM), global publishing workflows, and excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

You will be part of the general Web Operations team to support the authoring, localization, and activation of web content. Your efforts will drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across markets worldwide.

Job Responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end web publishing activities for global, localized, and local web product content, including quality assurance and go‑live execution.
- Ensure all content meets UX and AEM authoring standards and aligns with brand and compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global marketing, IT, and translation teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
- Experience of working to schedules in a daily or weekly content publishing environment and working under tight deadlines.




- Create new web pages and manage existing ones, leveraging experience fragments.
- Understand the product data flow and establish the connection between SKU and product pages.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams, such as MDM, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Translation, and IT, to align on priorities.
- Prioritize projects based on deadlines and work effectively on NPI, product pages and campaigns.
- Possess strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address root causes.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Percolate/Workfront, and AEM to track publishing health, manage workflows, and report on performance.
- Support the team lead and provide backup in their absence.

Qualifications
Education Level Required
- Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce or similar.
