The RoleWe are looking for a Software Engineer – Developer at Kyndryl to design, develop, and implement cutting‑edge software solutions that deliver value to our customers quickly and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software components based on design documentation and functional specifications.
- Document, unit‑test, and prepare components for integration into the final product.
- Architect solutions, perform code testing, and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide work estimates for assigned development tasks and guide feature and technology decisions.
- Drive innovation, take ownership of work, and continuously improve problem‑solving, collaboration, and automation skills.

Required Qualifications
- X years of experience as a software engineer on complex projects.
- Excellent coding skills in Java, Python, .NET, or similar languages, with strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with scalable, robust software development methodologies.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON,



and REST‑based web services.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, containers (Docker & k8s), and messaging queues.
- Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in one or more hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google GCP) – or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience with DevOps tools and modern engineering practices.
