Are you ready to grow with us?The ERP Support Engineer has a key role in the integral ERP team delivering essential services for the daily operations in the plants and supporting functions. This role reports to the Manager ERP. You deliver ERP support to Inalfa employees in offices and plants to ensure smooth operations of the ERP system and associated applications (e.g.: barcode scanning, EDI, interfaces). And you support the implementation of change requests and projects## Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:* ...* Responsible for supporting the daily operation of the ERP system and related applications.



Work closely with business users to investigate and resolve incidents and questions (incident management). And, if needed, escalate to second line support.* Responsible for daily monitoring (e.g.: jobs, batches, interfaces) of the ERP system and related applications. And, if needed, escalate issues to second line support* Responsible for handling standard service requests (service request management) for the ERP system and related applications (e.g.: user management).
