Working in a collaborative general environment, you will help solve complex engineering challenges while supporting innovative aerospace programs from concept through production.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analyses for aircraft components using classical hand calculation methods and finite element analysis (FEA) techniques to evaluate strength, stiffness, durability, and damage tolerance while supporting metallic and composite structures under various loading conditions. Ensure compliance with aerospace design requirements, certification standards, and engineering best practices throughout the analysis process.




- Develop technical solutions for complex structural challenges by applying engineering judgment, analytical methods, and simulation tools. Evaluate multiple design alternatives, validate analysis methodologies, and recommend optimized solutions that balance structural performance, manufacturability, cost, and program objectives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, providing structural analysis support from concept and preliminary design through testing, validation, certification, and production. Interpret analysis results, participate in design reviews, and help resolve technical issues affecting aircraft structural integrity.
