Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service parts demand planning across the full-service lifecycle, applying appropriate quantitative forecasting methods by part behavior,



lifecycle stage, and variability.
- Analyze large historical datasets to identify demand patterns, structural shifts, and root causes, translating insights into actionable forecast, stocking, and lifecycle decisions.
- Lead forecast accuracy and bias analysis, identify systemic root causes, and implement corrective actions that measurably improve forecast performance and customer fill rate.
- Define and optimize multi-echelon inventory policies across a complex service network to balance customer experience, availability, and total inventory cost.
- Evaluate current and forward‑looking inventory positions, taking decisive action to mitigate shortages, excess, and obsolescence risk.
- Apply multi-echelon inventory optimization principles to drive data‑backed inventory decisions across DCs, RDCs, and forward stocking locations.
