Internship Description
Develop a Human Resources People Analytics project that leads to the creation of a prescriptive model designed to support strategic talent-management decision-making. This initiative will be carried out through the analysis of employee data, the identification of trends in key areas such as performance, turnover,



and personnel costs, the application of data-modeling techniques, and the development of visualizations that facilitate the optimal delivery and interpretation of information.
Challenges For The Student
- Apply data transformation and analysis techniques in a real business environment.
- Learn about key HR indicators (talent KPIs, turnover, organizational climate).
- Develop skills in the use of visualization tools and databases.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present results to organizational leaders.
