ABOUT THE ROLE

we’re looking for a proactive and mission-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build the teams that power our innovation.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll own searches from start to finish, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and engaging candidate experience. We’re seeking someone who understands the unique dynamics of hiring in robotics, automation, and manufacturing environments — and who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and help scale our hiring function as we grow.

Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions including engineering, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
- Source candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and creative search strategies.
- Conduct phone screens, manage candidate relationships, and drive an excellent candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews and support coordination needs as we grow our talent team.
