Role Overview
As the ERP Finance Lead, you will lead finance process design and transformation efforts within the RTR domain, with a focus on ERP enablement, process standardization, and operating model improvement. You will partner across functions to align business needs with system capabilities, support implementation activities, and help ensure finance processes are efficient, controlled, and ready to scale.




What will you do?
- Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end RTR process improvements across general teams, geographies, and reporting requirements.
- Define process scope, priorities, dependencies, and success criteria for finance transformation initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align finance operating models with SAP S/4HANA and Oracle Fusion target states.
- Support ERP implementation activities across RTR, PTP, and OTC workstreams where finance process input is required.
- Contribute to the rollout of RTR edge applications such as account reconciliation and journal governance tools.
- Drive governance discussions on process decisions, controls, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Lead or support user story definition, UAT planning and execution, training, and change adoption activities.
