**Project Manager**

**Responsabilities**:
- Know project resources and check availability/capacity with corresponding line functions (eg Departments, Plant)
- Professionally builds and leads the core project team
- Identifies, analyzes, and manages required parts of the project, risks, and opportunities, and drives core team members to do so.
- Provides periodic reports on the status of the project
- Conducts an interdisciplinary capability study (content and capabilities) in the RFQ phase
- Plans and coordinates work packages of core team members to meet time,



cost and quality requirements in accordance with governance and guidelines
- Manages project meetings and provides project information
- Controls and validates the cross-functional results of the work packages
- Coordinate milestones and gate checks
- Is the contact person for project stakeholders
- Acts in accordance with LEONI project management standards and governance
- Manages conflict and resistance professionally
- Escalation in case of deviations from norms and project requirements (time, cost, quality)
**Habilidades requeridas**:
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience and/or similar coordination position
- Advanced english
- Knowledge of LEOproject, GRC, SAP, PSP, LEOparts
- Ability to manage conflicts and solve problems
- Analytical skills
- Time and self-management
