**Key Responsibilities**:
- In charge of keeping manufacturing lines running with yields above 95%
- Responsible for the execution of improvement projects (kaizen/yamazumi) for plant productivity purposes.
- In charge of performing root cause analysis (electronic) presenting formats such as A3, RCCA and any tool of the manufacturing environment that helps the rapid resolution of problems.
- In charge of preventive / corrective maintenanceof manufacturing machines.
- In charge of the search for new technologies for the optimization of electronic manufacturing processes (PCBAs)
- In charge of carrying out external and internal audits in terms of manufacturing engineering and / or processes.
- In charge of verifying that the areas in terms of manufacturing machinery comply with HSE standards and rules
- In charge of attending improvement meetings and / or carrying them out for the presentation of problem solving with the other departments.
- In charge of taking times for each manufacturing lineas well as new lines (NPIs) for the creation of "routes" in SAP.
- In charge of keeping track of expenses of manufacturing lines for revisions with their direct leader.
- Responsible for feedback to manufacturing technicians in any aspect
- In charge of the direct execution of NPIs (samples, pilot runs, statistical data collectionetc etc)
- In charge of having a solid and constant communication with design engineering groups.




- In charge of carrying out capacity analysis of manufacturing lines
- Responsible for the creation of PFMEAs, PMAPs, VMSs etcetc. That applies to any production/manufacturing area.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics, Mechatronics, Digital Systems Manufacturing focused on the field of electronics (mandatory without exception) or end.
- Basic knowledge of the SMT process
- Knowledge in IPC and ISO standardsfor electronic manufacturing(desirable certification)
