Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst role involves supporting the development, implementation and management of global strategies to provide Flex Component Services with optimal supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality and delivery performance.
What a typical day looks like:
- Customer supply chain management.
- Drive initiative to improve gross material margin.
- Manage bill of material costing.
- Identify, implement and drive actions for retained purchase price variance (RPPV).
- Drive reconciliation process with customer (PPV, premium charges).
- Drive buy down process with customer.
- Propose alternative to customer for supply chain and cost saving.
- Responsible for the data integrity of supplier pricing,



lead-times and other important part parameters, obtaining validations and loading and maintaining them in the system.
- Develop and execute process audits
- Work closely with both the business and operations team assisting with the implementation of strategies to support Component Services business model.
- Strong focus on maintaining good supplier relationships achieving a maximum advantage for the company and customers.
- KPIs - creating and sharing metrics with management
- Supply Assurance Management - localization, alternate suppliers/parts.
- Inventory Revaluations, True Ups.
- MM & Localization Strategy Negotiations.
- Customer Interaction on pricing.
- Position focus on prices reduction, performance analysis or troubleshooting supplier problems.
- Selection and management of suppliers (maintenance and supplier set up).
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced English.
- Previous experience in similar positions.
- Advanced Excel.
- PCBA.
