**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Preferable experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Effective time-management abilities
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Attentive to detail, result-oriented.
- Live in Guadalajara, Mexico.
**Responsibilities**
- Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing techniques
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs




- Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System and database.
- Promote company’s reputation
- Assist with other recruiting activities as needed
