**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Process invoices, payments, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.




- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Calculate and process payroll, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Generate financial reports for management decision-making.
- Assist in budgeting and analyze budget variances.
- Ensure tax compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficient in Clio Legal Software and Microsoft Excels
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
