Qualifications:
- At least 5-7 year’s experience in configuring, supporting, and/or implementing SAP HCM suites
- At least a total of 2-4years of relevant IT or operations experience preferably in SAP HCM, Oracle PeopleSoft HCM, and/or other Payroll systems.
- Must have experience in supporting SAP Payroll either locally or regional (LATAM countries)
- Knowledgeable in SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) and familiar with its integrations
- Knowledge in Employee Central and its integrations is a plus.
- Knowledge in SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions and SAP HCM authorizations is a plus.
- Experience in service management, change management and vendor management of payroll systems.
