**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)**

Mandatory Requirements:
- Conversational English Level (B2 or above).
- High School diploma GED or equivalent.
- 6 months of stable experience in call center.
- Willingness to work on Site (north CDMX).
- Schedule Availability.
- Willingness to complete and pass a background check verification.
- Experience promoting and selling products and services.
- Experience resolving customers issue and billing.
- Customers services experience.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with Customers to find solutions.
