Supports TD SYNNEX LAC in proactively sourcing, identifying and acquiring the talent necessary to meet business needs. Drives TD SYNNEX's employment brand. Through interaction with internal and external clients ensures that the company's diversity philosophy is communicated and as well guarantees that local labor law proceedings are applied during the process.
**What You'll Do**
- Initial phone interviews
- Prepares offer letters and employment contracts
- Leads the creation of the interviewing schedule for the job applicants
- Coordinates reference and background checks for potential ;employees with approved vendor
- Leads the execution of internal movements process

**Qualifications**:
- Experience: 3+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree with Psychology, Business Administration, Project Management field of study required.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
**Working Conditions**:
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires. On-call availability required as necessary.

Pay: $285,000.00 - $380,000.00 per year
