We are looking for a highly technical and operationally-oriented leader to coordinate and lead the DevSecOps team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical implementation of security and operational practices in software development processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines with a focus on security.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for infrastructure and configuration automation.
- Manage the implementation of security tools and monitoring in production environments.
- Lead identity, access, and privilege management (IAM) to ensure resource security.
- Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to integrate security into all aspects of the software lifecycle.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in DevOps security and operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in technical and operational roles related to DevSecOps.
- Deep knowledge of automation tools, continuous integration, continuous delivery,



and container orchestration.
- Experience in implementing and managing security solutions such as WAF, IDS/IPS, SIEM, among others.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, among others.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
