**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule onboarding meetings with clients.
- Manage the collection and organization of client assets and information.
- Ensure clients complete necessary onboarding forms and documentation.
- Assist clients in granting access to various platforms and tools.
- Facilitate communication between clients and our marketing team to ensure all parties have the necessary information and resources.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and processes.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the onboarding process, suggesting improvements where necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in client onboarding, account management,



or a similar role in a marketing/advertising agency.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a client-focused approach.
