**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers, no cold calling
- Use script to provide information about our service
- Ask pertinent questions to make sure they qualify for the program
- Input prospect’s information into a CRM and sign them up for our service
**Skills**
- Advanced English proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Familiarity with CRM systems a plus
- No prior experience within our industry is required; comprehensive training provided
**Work Location**
- Remote position
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm PST (Hours versátil within these working hours)
- Requires having the following:
- Working computer
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Wired headset
**Commission Structure**
- Commission is paid weekly
- Usual agent commission is $100+/day
- There is no max ceiling for commission, the sky is the limit!
