- Coordination of End-to-End statutory and tax audit process in compliance with country regulations in such a way that we maintain and secure our “right-to-operate” in the Country.
- Translate all audit requirements into actionable activities towards internal stakeholders, including methodology, documentation requirements and verification of data correctness and completeness.
- Proactively follow-up of deliverables of audit requirement, incl. timely delivery of validated information as per agreed requirements
- Resolves all outstanding audit issues timely and accurately to complete the process.
- Interact with all functions and departments including Integral Controllership, Treasury, Business Finance, Tax, Business Operations, serving as a primary liaison with external auditors.




- Ensure that all testing needs are met and the Company timely and adequately responds to any inquiries submitted by the auditors.
- Analyze design of the company’s internal controls to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze overall methodology re. to Client Assistance Program to identify and to lead structural improvement opportunities to reduce overall cycle time
Build and maintain superior relationships with our Center of Excellence in Asturias (Spain), or external service providers and US Corporate Finance function, as well as with external stakeholders including auditors and tax advisors.
