Our Proposals Department's mission is to help the growth and profitability of ABB’s businesses through accurate, cost-effective quotes and customer satisfaction; leaning on communication with execution team, risk assessment and full support to Capture & Sales teams.

Sales Support Manager - Customer support
**Your responsibilities**:




- Order entry activities for all purchase orders coming from different customers and different countries.
- Review purchase orders, ask for changes in case correction is needed, and constant follow-up of new revisions.
- Meet order entry lead times.
- Active participation on process improvements in collaboration with Project Management.
- Seek, develop, and execute enhancements within the area.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.
- +2 years of experience working in similar position.
- Knowledge: Administrative skills.
- Experience in customer service and collections.
- Programming skills (Macros, java, PowerApps, SharePoint, etc.).
- Experience in EXCEL (PIVOT TABLES).
- Strong personality and extroverted.
- Advanced level of English.
