**What will you do**:
- Colaborate in a multicultural team on the develop of design solutions for iconic architectural projects worldwide in all phases, guaranteeing the highest quality level and the greatest design ever.
- **Produce and coordinate** the development of architectural projects to fulfill the promise of being allies of our clients through architecture.
- To perform positive leadership practices, to **drive high performance teams.**
- Develop innovative, profitable and aesthetic architectural design proposals that exceed the expectations of our clients.
**What do you need**:
- 7+ years in architectural projects.
- 3 to 6 years in medium to high-reach projects (Offices,



hotels, Stadiums, Vertical Residences, Shopping Centers).
- Advanced English skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required
- **Strong sense of leadership (team management)**
**Job type**:
- Monday - Thusday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Salary up to habilities and experience.
