TITLE: Systems Administrator II
LOCATION: Remote in Mexico
STATUS: Full-Time W2 with Benefits
SHIFT: Monday - Friday from 8AM to 5PM
SALARY: $35,000 MXP - $42,000M MXP based on experience
Job Summary
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Utilize our tools to proactively monitor and manage our clients' networks.
- Accept escalations from Level 1 Administrators and transfer knowledge.
- Monitoring the performance of servers to ensure they run efficiently, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Creating server configuration standards and ensuring that they are followed by all users
- Monitoring server storage capacity to ensure adequate space is available for new data
- Proactively recommending upgrades to server hardware or software to meet increasing demands on system performance.
- Working with other IT staff to ensure that network security measures are in place to protect against unauthorized access to data or disruption of service
- Configuring network settings such as IP addresses, DNS settings, and routing protocols in multiple client environments
- Azure and M365 Administration
- Providing technical support to users who experience problems using company computer systems.




- May oversee or assist Level I Engineer in installation of systems hardware; may oversee minor equipment repairs.
- Other Duties as assigned
Education Qualifications
Minimum Required Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years of experience in networking field
Preferred Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT preferred
Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements
Minimum Required Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
- MCSE required
Preferred Licenses, Certifications, and Other Requirements:
- Prefer ASTEA familiarity; A+ and OEM equipment certifications preferred, VMWare, M365, and Azure certs preferred
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Qualifications
- Takes a leadership role in Service/Quality Initiative; continually improves processes; quantitatively monitors processes.
- Completes required quality core classes and uses skills and techniques presented. Uses The Core Values in work environment.
- Adheres to company/customer Standard operating procedures.
- Must be a team player, organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize; must have outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management
- Ability to: read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals,



professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public; add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs; solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
