SAP HCM payroll consultant
Education: Bachelor's degree completed
Work: Hybrid
Aim:
- Implement new functionality, and keep up with SuccessFactors’s new releases. Must have experience testing half-yearly releases, configure payroll rules.
- Must understand the PTP replication between EC and ECP as well as other payroll integrations with time collection systems and third party systems.
Essential requirements of the job include:
- Should have B.S / M.S in Computer Science, MIS, or related business experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Success Factors ECP and/or on-prem HCM payroll systems.
- 2+ years of experience in working with SuccessFactors cloud installation.




- Must possess a clear understanding of Employee Central and its integration with Employee Central Payroll in SuccessFactors environments.
- Experience understanding and processing payroll for MX in on-premises and/or ECP, identifying and troubleshooting issues.
- Through understanding of MX payroll compliance rules including CFDI 4.0 framework.
Monday to Friday schedule
