- Ability to analyze, manage, and diagnose tasks through log reading via AWS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Zendesk, and basic understanding of JavaScript and AWS for technical troubleshooting and data management.
- ** Soft Skills**:
- Excellent customer service skills, especially in providing technical support to internal or external users.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to maintain cordial relations with clients through honest and interactive communication.
- Teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively within the team and across departments.
- Adaptability to changes, commitment to quality work, and the ability to work under pressure.
**This will be considered a plus**:




- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with advanced skills in English.
- Prior experience or familiarity with electronic disposal processes, lab logistics, and material/chemical handling.
