Job Summary

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development, standardization, and implementation of manufacturing processes across general manufacturing operations. This role supports product launches, capacity growth, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives by designing, specifying, and introducing robust, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing equipment and processes.

The position works closely with Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, IT, Sourcing, Lean, and global operations teams to ensure products are designed for manufacturability, quality, efficiency, and scalability. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer also supports the product development cycle by providing input on part design, tooling, labor impact, equipment requirements, and process limitations to improve quality, reduce cost, and increase value for the customer.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering,



or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in assembly manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience implementing manufacturing equipment, tooling, workstations, and production systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods, process development, and production standards.
- Experience supporting new product launches, pre‑production activities, and production ramp‑up.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and cross‑functional activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands‑on technical skills.
