OVERVIEWOFTHE KOSOPERATIONSCONSULTANTROLE:
The Operations Consultant will be integral to client project delivery and development ofCoEofferings and tools.This isa keyrole in executingsupply chain managementoperationsand procurementsolutions with a focuson continuous process improvement.
SPECIFICJOBRESPONSIBILITIES:
CLIENTDELIVERY:




Supportglobalclientteams(preferably attheclientsite)indesigningandexecutingsupplychainand procurementsolutionsto (non-exhaustive):
- End-to-end supply chain processesoptimization
- Procurement transformation – people, process, and Digital & AI
- Procurement assessmentsand diagnostics, digital transformations
- End-to-end sourcing execution -sp baseline, cost models, benchmarking,RFXexecution,RFxanalysis, negotiation strategy
- Broader supply chain process solutioning,e.g.Supply and demand planning, Demand forecasting, inventory planning, andlogisticsnetwork optimization.
- Design and implement supply chain tools andsolutions

CLIENT DEVELOPMENT:
Proactivelycontribute to existing client development initiativesby:
- Workingin dynamic environments with varying client needs and project requirements.
- Willing to step into different roles and collaborate seamlessly to achieve project goals.

KOSCOEDEVELOPMENT:
Workwiththefirm leadersinsupportingandexecutingthestrategy fortheCoE.
