**IT MANAGER**
**Responsibilities**:
- Infrastructure Management:
- Maintain and optimize the manufacturing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and industrial automation systems.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and intellectual property.
- ERP Implementation and Support:
- Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems tailored to the needs of manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize ERP functionality for improved efficiency and decision-making.
- Production Software Integration:
- Work closely with production managers and engineers to identify software requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing manufacturing processes.
- Data Management and Analytics:
- Develop data management strategies to collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data for process optimization and decision support.
- Implement data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, detect anomalies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage a team of IT professionals,

- Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the IT team.
- Vendor Management:
- Evaluate and select technology vendors and service providers based on their ability to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), manufacturing software (e.g., MES, PLM), and industrial automation technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for manufacturing process optimization.
- Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL are a plus.
