**WE OFFER**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer and manage incoming calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Greet clients and visitors virtually, providing a welcoming and positive experience.




- Direct calls to the appropriate person or department and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Assist with virtual event planning and coordination, including registration, attendee management, and post-event follow-up.
- Handle virtual administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MS Office.
- Google Suite.
- RingCentral.
- Zoom, Skype, Google meet, MS Teams.
- Among others.
Pay: $18,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
