10x Genomics is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage the full commercial order lifecycle for customers and distributors worldwide. You will handle case management, order processing, RMA coordination, and onboarding, ensuring orders move from receipt to fulfillment with minimal friction.
You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations on pricing, credit holds, logistics, and product availability, and maintain accurate customer data in ERP and CRM.
