**Summary**:
To provide customer service for sales orders and credit notes processing as well as analytical support to supply chain for reporting, compliance, and accuracy of data. To handle and coordinate the preparation of reports.
**About the Role**:
- Location: Hybrid. CDMX
- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide analytical support to managers in matters related to supply chain activities, decision making and general projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of analysis and reports with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
- Support the preparation of reports on relevant facts and figures findings for internal and external reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
Role Requirements:
- University degree - Preferably Finance/Accounting or Business Administration




- Experience in Accounting/Finance: +2 years
- English (advanced)
- Experience with SAP, or comparable systems, preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
