**Summary**:
- Primary responsibility is to support strategic business projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee, with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage. -Support Senior Strategy Managers and Directors in projects around key Novartis products in major markets, that -Deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone -Deliver substantially greater financial rewards for Novartis based on this
**About the Role**:
- As the Sales Operations BDME, you will ensure data is delivered according to integral/deployment/country requirements and timelines and is aligned to business processes in Commercial area.
- You will be responsible for data migration activities related to Commercial data in a deployment (above-country). You will act as the functional point of contact for data migration on the assigned data objects.
- **Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure Commercial data cleansing tasks are completed on time, readiness & verify quality throughout data journey.
- Complete data collection for manual/construction objects on time
- Work together with IT counterparts to prepare value mappings
- Build and maintain master lists if applicable.
- Provide business insights and information to technical teams for extraction and conversion from the legacy system(s).




- Verify that data is fit for purpose (incl. alignment with internal/external stakeholders)
- Perform manual (type-in) data loads into target clients where applicable for assigned objects
- Execution and approval of data verification scripts
**Role Requirements**:
- Shown understanding about the business processes in Commercial area (sales, pricing, contracts)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, good stakeholder management
- 7+ years in country & global roles
- Proficient English (additional languages preferred)
- Strategic and hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, handling issues)
- Strong Excel Skills
- SAP project implementation experience preferred
- Data Migration experience preferred
