**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth of our staffing services by developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships. **Responsibilities**:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic marketing.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with precision and efficiency.
- Understand the specific requirements of clients in various industries and tailor staffing solutions accordingly.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven sales experience in the staffing industry, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of staffing processes and client industries, including IT, healthcare, or manufacturing.
