**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience with QuickBooks Online Advance is a must (Minimum Experience: 1-2 Years).
- Strong background in accrual accounting and cash accounting.
- Conversion from cash accounting to accrual accounting is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of A/R, A/P, and expense reconciliation
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independetly and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to handle different software.
**What will you do? Easy!**
- Daily performance of a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
- Accurate reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
- Allocation of costs as necessary for proper financial reporting.
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
