Role Responsibilities:
- Building scalable operations for logístical processes.
- Creating engagement strategies to increase driver retention on the platform.
- Designing and executing campaigns for couriers to enhance pridefulness.
- Strengthening communication channels with drivers.




- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research with drivers.
- Utilizing SQL, R, Python, and other tools to convert raw databases into actionable insights.
- Compiling data insights and collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.
- Making recommendations and proposing new visualization tools to enhance performance.
- Ensuring data cleanliness and consistency within the delivery organization.
Role Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of data analytics, logistics, demand planning, or operations experience;
- Have experience in third party transportation supplier management, knowledge of logistics;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering,or a related field;
- Internal and external stakeholder management;
- Structured thinking to resolve different challenges;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;
- Experience with data-based decision-making;
- Advanced excel and powerpoint skills are essential;
- Experience using programming languages such SQL, R, Python, etc. will be essential;
- Fluent English and Spanish.
