Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking for our client an International Metal Mechanics Company a dynamic and results-driven TalentAcquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for their growingoperations in Monterrey. As a key member of their HR team, the TalentAcquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, ensuring the attract, evaluate, and hire top talent to support thestrategic goals of their international metal-mechanics company.



The idealcandidate will have a deep understanding of the metal-mechanics ormanufacturing industry and a proven track record in building strong talentpipelines for technical and managerial roles.

Education:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or arelated field.

Requirements:
- Minimumof 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within themetal-mechanics, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Managerial position.
- Provenexperience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle for both technicaland non-technical roles.
- Fluentin both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Knowledge:
- Strongknowledge of local labor laws, recruitment practices, andindustry-specific hiring trends
- Expertisein sourcing and recruiting for a variety of positions, includingengineering, production, sales, finance, and operations.
- Proficiencyin HRIS, ATS systems, and other recruitment tools.
- Deepunderstanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to makeinformed decisio
