What are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategic Human Resources Business Partner who will serve as a trusted advisor to business and operations leaders, driving the people strategy across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

This role is responsible for developing leadership capability, strengthening employee relations, ensuring labor compliance, and fostering a high-performance, union-free culture that enables operational excellence, workforce stability, and sustainable business growth.

The adecuado candidate combines strong business acumen with operational HR expertise and has the ability to influence leaders, translate data into action, and lead organizational change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and operations leaders to execute the HR strategy aligned with organizational priorities and operational objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management,



organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor legislation, corporate programs, and HR governance standards.
- Coach and develop frontline leaders and managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management, coaching, feedback, and disciplinary processes.
- Advise managers on employee-related decisions, strengthening leadership accountability for employee experience and team performance.
- Design and implement talent acquisition, retention, succession, and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Identify critical talent and key positions, driving succession planning and organizational capability development.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate organizational structure, workforce capability, and resource planning, recommending organizational design solutions that improve operational effectiveness
