**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact haulers and dumpster companies to gather pricing information.
- Negotiate rates to secure the best possible deals for the company.
- Maintain and update a database of current pricing from various vendors.
- Sourcing and Relationship Building:
- Identify and source new waste management/dumpster service providers and sepic services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
- Be organized with work load and know how to prioritize orders in a critical way.
- Evaluate vendor pricing and use the cheapest rate.
**Order Management**:
- Oversee the placement, modification, and cancellation of orders.




- Manage upcharges and downgrades on orders as required.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Manage Order changes and Delays as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong will to go the extra mile to fulfill orders and get both customer satisfaction and company profit.

**Education**:
