**⭐️ A Typical Day**
A **English Translators’ Team Leader** supports the technical team with clerical duties.
**Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to**:
- Develop and execute strategic team management plans to achieve the team’s targets.
- Handle inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional services.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, report and update documentation to internal Area Managers.
- Collaborate closely with other areas and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness.
- Lead and make decisions about overall project planning,



budget & time estimations along with stakeholders.
- Monitor progress of the daily tasks, stakeholders’ instructions and overall project performance.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate expertise in managing teams **(MANDATORY- Applications that will be taken into account range from 6 months to 2 years of experience)**:
- Time management skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in leading remote teams. **(MANDATORY)**:
- Availability to work **Remotely / Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM**
