Job Description:
This is a full-time STABLE position for a remote sales representative to work for an established Real Estate Investing Company that specializes in purchasing distressed properties from motivated sellers. Salary plus commission!
Job Requirements Include:
- Reliable Phone AND Internet Service.
- Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with PERFECT grammar.
- Sales experience - at least 1 year is required.
- 8 hours a day M-F, with some weekend and evening availability.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building.
- Quiet work space is a must.
- Must be driven and self-motivated.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Handle incoming calls from potential sellers to obtain information on their property.
- Follow up with potential sellers who were contacted in the past.
- Negotiate with sellers to reach an agreement on the purchase price.




- Build rapport and identify the seller’s problem to solve.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Hit weekly KPI (calls made, talk time etc.).
- Manage a pipeline of prospects; respond in a timely manner.
- Use our client management software (Podio) daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
- Stay organized and switch to other tasks with ease.
- Work with an energetic team and have fun establishing rapport with sellers!
BENEFITS:
- Full-time Salary: $1,000 USD per month (paid bimonthly)
- Commission paid monthly: 2% and up
- Paid Time Off
- Additional monthly and annual bonuses are paid based on when target goals are met or exceeded.
Pay: From $18,400.00 per month
