Job Title: Logistics Manager
**Job Summary**:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation, reception, storage, and distribution of materials within our Mexico factory. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the transportation of materials to and from the Mexico factory, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Oversee the reception and inspection of materials to verify accuracy and quality against purchase orders.
- Develop and implement storage plans that optimize warehouse space and improve material flow.
- Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control,



to ensure materials are stored safely and securely.
- Coordinate material distribution to production lines and other departments, ensuring smooth production processes.
- Continuously review and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and customs procedures in Mexico.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience with international logistics and cross-border operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
