**Join our SIG team Queretaro plant as**
**JR TAX ANALYST**
Support the determination of Federal and Local Taxes and follow up on the global internal controls to minimize any risk of fraud and errors.
**Key job functions**
- Responsible on preparing all support documentation for VAT refunds, tax benefits and other tax related grants on a monthly basis for SIG Manufacturing.
- Responsible on making sure that all the VAT refunds gotten as soon as possible for SIG Manufacturing.
- Responsible on estimated payments (Income Tax, VAT (Federal) and/or other local taxes calculations (monthly)) for Mexican entities for SIG Manufacturing.
- Responsible on compliance topics (ie. follow up on blacklist, follow up on repse topics, follow up on electronic accounting for SIG Manufacturing, among others, etc).
- Supports on fulfillment of the e-accounting (monthly basis):
- Reconciliation of Revenue (accounting vs CFDIs) on a monthly basis.
- Responsible of reconciling VAT in books vs Data Stage.
- Responsible of reconciling Cogs vs Data State
- Responsible for accounts reconciliation of one of the entities
- Responsible for MEC tax calculation for one of the entities for SIG Manufacturing.




- Follow up on a monthly basis of the electronic accounting with the accounting team for SIG Manufacturing.
- Supports on Annual Tax Returns, ISSIF and Statutory Tax Reports for SIG Manufacturing.
- Any other tax support needed for SIG Manufacturing.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Must)
- Expert or experience on VAT balances in favor (Must)
- Diploma or Tax update courses Taxation (Must)
- Fluent in English (Must)
- Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
- SAP
- Expertise on software needed to report to MX authorities
- Expertise on reporting systems (Cognos & BW as differentials).
- Residence in Queretaro. (Must)
